How to Play Guess the Club?
Guess the Club is a daily football knowledge game where your goal is to identify a mystery club based on the players who belonged to it. You start with just one footballer; each wrong guess reveals a new one, so the quicker you name the club, the better your score.
The challenge lies in recognising a club purely from its players' careers. A striker on a one-season loan, a goalkeeper who made history at that ground, or a midfielder who lifted the title as a starter — all the clues are there. You just need to connect them.
Only clubs from the Premier League, LaLiga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1 are included. This ensures every club is recognisable, yet the challenge is real: when the answer could be Manchester City, PSG, Bayern, Juventus, or Real Madrid, nothing is straightforward.
You have a maximum of 6 attempts. Each failed guess reveals an additional player, giving you more to work with. The key is to name the club with as few clues as possible to achieve your best result of the day.
The game tracks which attempt you guessed correctly on each day, so you can follow your progress and see how you improve over time. The mystery club changes every day at midnight — come back tomorrow for a brand new football challenge!

Players with long, globetrotting careers are the hardest to use as clues, since they played for so many clubs that pinpointing a specific one becomes a real puzzle. Figures like Zlatan Ibrahimović or Nicolas Anelka are perfect examples of this.
In these leagues, there are iconic squads so recognisable that a single player can give the game away instantly. Do you really need more than two clues to know that Zidane, Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos played together? That's exactly the feeling this game is after.
Sometimes the mystery club turns out to be a side that feels 'smaller' within a major league — like Brest in Ligue 1 or Getafe in LaLiga. In those cases, the players who passed through are less well-known, and the difficulty increases considerably.
